We’re delighted to announce the opening of a beautiful new therapy room in the heart of Milngavie, joining our established centre in Bearsden.

  • Monday: Maple (Milngavie) 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Wednesday: Hazel (Bearsden) 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Thursday: Willow (Bearsden) 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Friday: Maple (Milngavie) 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM
  • Saturday: Hazel (Bearsden) 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM, Willow (Bearsden) 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: Hazel, Willow, Rowan (Bearsden) 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Bearsden rooms are ground floor; the Milngavie room is on the first floor with lift access.

Flexible & Affordable Options

  • Monthly rental: £180 per month for 9 hours per week (split into one 9-hour or two 4.5-hour blocks)
  • Room renters can add hours to their block booking for £5.00 an hour.
  • Ad hoc bookings: £10 per session for block-bookers
  • Online booking: Manage your schedule easily with Therapeuta

Our rental rates allow time for setup, admin, client notes, or online sessions, making your practice practical and efficient.

  • AM session: 08:00 – 12:30
  • PM session: 12:30 – 17:00
  • Evening session: 17:00 – 21:30

The Bearsden premises has 3 rooms as follows:

Willow

Suitable for up to 3 occupants
Sofa, chair, desk, side tables

Hazel

Suitable for up to 2 occupants
Two chairs, side table, desk

Rowan

Suitable for up to 5 occupants
Sofa, 2 chairs, 2 side tables, desk, storage unit

Maple

Suitable for up to 8 occupants
2 Sofas, 3 chairs, 2 side tables, desk, storage unit

Extra Features

There is a communal kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities.
There is one WC. 
There is a small waiting area in the kitchen.

Each room has its own doorbell, which can be silenced and has a ‘light-only’ alert setting.  Therapists can adjust this to their required needs.

All rooms have access to wi-fi making them suitable for online work. 

There is plenty of parking near both premises, as well as excellent public transport links. 

By train – The rooms are a very short walk from Hillfoot Station and Milngavie Station.
By bus – both the X10 to Balfron and the 60A to Milngavie stop on Milngavie Road, close to the practice. 

Utilities included are gas, electricity, water and wi-fi.

A copy of your professional certificates and your insurance will be required.

I work from Hillfoot Court and I can’t speak highly enough of the space. The therapy rooms have everything you need as well as being comfortable, beautifully and calmly decorated, very reasonably priced, perfectly located with a lovely tranquil feel too. Highly recommended.
